Master System will hold its 2006 user conference on May 6th, 2006.  We are currently selecting the

location, so please check the web site from time to time.

We will be presenting various sessions the entire day. You will have an opportunity to reinforce your

understanding of OFFICE MASTER SYTSTEM, meet other users, and our friendly staff. The details of

agenda will be announced. Your suggestions are welcome.

Attendance to this conference is by reservation only. Seating will be on a first come-first serve basis for

customer’s with a valid service contract at the conference date.  In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, we must limit seating to two free seats per company.

 

Because of the limited seating accommodations and in order to be fair to all Master System customers,

please be advised of the following:

 

·         For any customer electing to send more than 2-people there will be a charge of $300 for each additional attendee beyond the two free seats.

·         For any customer’s who is not on the Master System Annual Support Agreement are welcome to attend the conference at the cost of $300 per person from your company.

OMS Spring User Conference 2005

Master System held its Spring 2005 user conference on May 7th at the Holiday Inn in Monrovia, CA., hundreds of users of Office Master SystemTM (OMS) were in attendance.
"I found the presentations to be very thoughtful and informative sessions. They addressed many of our pertinent needs." Alan Gumbinger, VP of Technical Operations for Palos Verde Footwear.
The conference focused on OMS for Windows and OMS for SQL operational efficiency, remote and wireless technologies, customer relationship management, electronic data interchange, B2B and eCommerce.

Ross Sandler, directed a presentation on eMaster, the Master System eCommerce, B2B and Customer Relationship Internet/Intranet modules.

Invited guest speakers made presentations on Operational Efficiencies and eMaster. Mr. Tom Anderson who has many years of OMS experience held an open discussion of how to capitalize on the value of OMS by stretching OMS to new limits.


"There are so many capabilities in OMS that helps my company grow, and today I realized just how much more I can get out of OMS." Said Carlos George of San Francis Imports.

The Master System customer support team presented other topics including electronic scanning, real-time credit card validation and processing, EDI, remote sales order entry from trade shows, and Master Systems newest entry into our product group; TabletOMS, a real time wireless version of OMS delivering instantaneous data to and from the field.


Users were given the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the Customer Support team, have their questions answered individually and in groups and, were able to see first hand many of Master Systems newer wireless technologies. Demonstrations were held throughout the day.

The conference was a great success and proved once again that MasterSystem and the suite of Office Master Systems products continues to lead the way in the wholesale, import, retail and distribution community.

Plans are underway for the Fall 2005 User Conference, we hope to see you there.
