OMS is targeted at small to medium-sized businesses and divisions of large companies
and provides a single platform for ERP, CRM, EDI, WMS and Ecommerce capabilities.
OMS contains a broad array of features that enable users to do their individual
jobs more effectively. In addition, because all users are transacting business on
the same database system, OMS can easily automate processes across departments.
For example, when a sales representative enters an order, upon approval it can automatically
appear on the warehouse manager's dashboard as an item to be shipped and, then once
the item has been shipped, it can automatically appear on the finance manager's
dashboard as items being billed. Each customer can automate their key business functions
across all departments, including sales, marketing, service, finance, inventory,
sales order fulfillment, purchasing and, management. As with all of our OMS ERP
offerings, users access the OMS application and data through a role-based user interface
tailored to deliver specific functionality and information appropriate for their
position.
OMS ERP business software solution is also targeted at global businesses
and divisions of large companies operating in multinational and multi-subsidiary
environments. OMS ERP allows users to utilize our single platform for ERP, CRM,
EDI, WMS, MFG and Ecommerce capabilities in multi-location environments across multiple
subsidiaries and legal entities. OMS provides the ability to manage multiple companies
or legal entities, with potentially different rules, and reporting requirements,
within a single OMS ERP solution. OMS has global capabilities that allow for management
of multi-country, forecasting, commission payments, sales tax calculations and real-time
reporting for everyone in a global organization from the local sales rep, to the
regional vice president to the head of worldwide sales. Additionally, growing companies
typically employ multiple sales channels for their global sales operations and OMS
ERP allows for automation of common sales channels employed internationally including
direct sales, drop shipping and distribution partner networks and Ecommerce.
OMS EDI System Module
Our EDI module provides one the most robust trading partner management solutions.
Hands free in-bound and outbound transaction processing of the OMS EDI Module processes
all related documents from order to shipment to invoicing helping companies to maintain
compliance, speeds the order to cash cycle, eliminates the manual entry of input
and ensures higher levels of accuracy. The OMS EDI Module handles EDI related transactions
including any 3rd party logistics EDI needed by a wholesale distributor. With the
Non-Sales invoicing added, companies can now invoice back to trading partners in
an effort to collect any disputed charge backs.
OMS ERP Add-On Modules
For advanced capabilities that are part of our OMS ERP business software solution
and are typically sold separately as our customers grow. These additional modules
allow our customers to specifically augment aspects of our OMS ERP to enhance its
relevance to their businesses.
We have configured OMS to meet the requirements of a specific industry. Our current
editions serve companies in the wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, importing
and close out distribution markets. Within each edition, we offer advanced industry
specific functionality offering, templates of best practices, and dedicated professional
services teams with industry-specific expertise.
Mobility and the Internet are Exploding and eMaster™ is our real-time integrated
Ecommerce
This platform provides the mobility needs of today's wholesale distributor. We first
introduced eMaster™ in 2000 and have seen significant and robust uses deployed by
our customers. Emaster™ incorporates three separate deployment choices, basic, advanced
and enterprise. In addition the eMaster™ multi-portal design provides for remote
secured sales force access, customer access and management access delivering a business-to-business
(B2B) Internet self-service environment. Emaster™ also delivers a built-in real
time shopping cart and product showcase store front. eMaster™ navigation, search
engine optimization and, ease-of-use are complimented by little to no Ecommerce
website maintenance. With the enterprise level version of eMaster™ wholesale distributors
can open as many unique websites as desired and each website is fully integrated
to the OMS ERP as a real time sales channel.
Professional Services
We have developed repeatable, cost-effective implementation services to assist our
customers with integrating and importing data from other systems, giving our customers
the options of changing or not changing their business processes to take advantage
of the enhanced capabilities enabled by our integrated OMS ERP business software
solutions, implementing new business processes within their organization and configuring
and customizing for their business processes and requirements.
Our implementation methodology
Our methodology leverages the time to "go-live" in a matter of days, rather than
months and years because of our OMS ERP software architecture, the industry-specific
expertise of our professional services employees coupled with the design of our
OMS platform that simplifies, streamlines and expedites the implementation process.
We offer joint support for implementation projects whereby we involve the customer
more actively in the implementation process rather than like the traditional software
companies who rely on consultants. We believe this better prepares our customers
and enables our professional services teams to deliver a higher level of quality
service and support to our customer's in their use of the OMS ERP. In addition,
because our professional services employees can remotely configure and serve and
support OMS for most customers based on a combination of Internet and telephone
consultations.
Client Support
Our technical support organization includes personnel from our global world headquarters
in the U.S. Our system of quality assurance checks and balances allows for skills-based
and solutions to address general, specific and technical inquiries across all aspects
of OMS. We offer customer support programs depending upon the service needs of our
customers' deployments. Support contracts typically have a one-year term.
Training and On-Going Education
We offer a variety of training services from introductory to basic to intermediate
to advanced, as part of our training resources, and as a result Master System helps
our customer's facilitate the successful adoption of OMS throughout the customer's
organization.
