To ensure accurate inventory control and tracking the OMS ERP has built-in UPC Bar
Code functionality. Within OMS users can easily assign UPC Bar Codes by Units-of-Measure.
These Units-of-Measure UPC Bar Codes can then be scanned for multiple operational
requirements, sales efficiency, shipping confirmations and more, thereby ensuring
a higher level of accuracy.
- The OMS ERP supports all the major types of UPC Bar Codes: UPC, EAN, GTIN, Code
9-3, Serial Number and, UCC 128-UPC Bar Codes.

any combination of: Zones, Aisles, Rows and Levels within your warehouse.

tracking of the movement of your inventory within the warehouse.
The OMS ERP’s built-in solution for assisting customer satisfaction includes easy-to-identify
stock positions that can be delivered now or, promised to deliver when your customer
wants. And, it goes beyond! Confidence, assuredness, and reliability of the exact
status of your inventory assets are a finger-tip away. Here’s a summary of what
the OMS ERP displays and, how you can make a commitment without breaking a promise.
- From the In-Stock position all sales orders reduce availability. The remainder being
available quantity but, OMS goes beyond.
- The OMS ERP has an “allocation” function that looks at your In-Stock position
and reduces the number of inventory items because they have been committed to a
Pick-Ticket, this remainder is called the Post-In-Stock position These Pick-Ticketed
items are “committed” and are therefore promised to be delivered to customer’s,
so your “true” revised In-Stock position has been reduced.
- It is from this “Post-In-Stock” position that the OMS ERP then reduces your
“future” deliverable sales orders, the net is “True Available” quantity.
- OMS then adds back to the “True Available” quantity all purchase order quantities
and, shows you your projected quantities.
OMS ERP handles all the day-to-day transactions that help to manage your warehouse(s)
