+ ERP Software Customer Support Analyst

We are seeking an ERP Software Customer Support Analyst for the OMS ERP management accounting and supply chain software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Learn about how the OMS ERP system works in conjunction with the business operations of our customers

  • Receive mentoring and on-the-job training with our experienced Customer Support team

  • Onboarding customers during the the software implementation phase to guide them through the transition to new business processes using OMS

  • Training customers to help them achieve their business goals

  • Follow-up with customers on any questions, unresolved issues, updates, or any other issues as needed

  • Support existing OMS customers over the phone, via email, and other online meeting tools

  • Communicate between all necessary departments (e.g. Development, Support, Sales) about your accounts’ status

Your qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Great teamwork and a drive to provide the best customer support experience

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations with multiple projects

  • Self-motivated and able to learn independently

  • Computer proficiency

  • (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree (or anticipated Bachelor’s) in management accounting, information technology, or supply chain management

  • (Preferred) Knowledge of accounting, inventory control, e-commerce, and basic business management
